Funerary Mask of a Woman

The woman’s facial characteristics, as well as the full, extravagant wig with its ornamental fillet, the necklace of ball beads and pendant nefer signs, and the full, elaborate wig with its ornamental fillet, are akin to the sculpture and art style of the middle of Dynasty 18. The owner was most likely Amenhotep’s wife, a builder’s overseer.
