Painting of the Bennu-bird

Inherkhau worships the Bennu-bird, a symbol of the sun, creation, and rebirth, as depicted in a mural. It could have been the source of the Greek mythological phoenix. A wall relief piece from the Tomb of Inherkhau (TT359).
